Daniel was born to Annie (Proctor) Billy and Frank Billy on March 10, 1962 in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. Daniel was a member of Trinton Baptist Church in Hanna, Oklahoma. He was preceded in death by both his parents, stepson, Rodney Hicks, brother Johnny Billy, and sister, Martha Billy. Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, August 17, 2011 at 2:00 p.m. at Weogufkee Indian Baptist Church in Hanna, Oklahoma with Rev. Joe Grayson officiating. Interment will follow at Hanna Cemetery under the direction of Integrity Funeral Service.
