Mrs Esther Thelma Cregger, 45, wife of Ray R. Cregger, Germantown, died Thursday at Suburban General Hospital, Bethesda. She was a daughter of the late Charles and Rebecca Painter [Paynter].

Besides her husband she is survived by the following children: Leonard Cregger, Frederick; Mrs. Frank Smith, Darnestown; Mrs. William Armatrout, Browningsville; Clifford Cregger, at home; Emma Cregger, Edward Cregger and Jacqueline Cregger, all of Poolesville.

Services were held today at 2 p. m. Burial was in Monocacy cemetery. William B. Hilton, funeral director.
