Edward Gerrard, son of Edward Gerrard and Hendrica Gerrard, formerly Mullen, was born on 13 November 1892, at 7 Merrion Row, Dublin.
His father was a Stationer, later a Printer

Marriage.
Edward Gerrard, a bachelor, an Army Captain, from Harlech, Roebuck, Dublin, son of Edward Gerrard, a Gentleman, married Louise Ashby, a Spinster, from Laird Manor, Dundrum, Dublin, daughter of Frank Ashby, a Gentleman, on 15 April 1936, at Kilcloon Church, Co. Meath.

Death.
Edward Gerrard, aged 76, married, a Retired Army Officer, died on 16 September 1969, at his home Hillcot, Kilmashogue, Rathfarnham.
The cause of death was a fall on the way to a Bathroom, 1 hour, Arthritis of Hip, Myocardial Degeneration, certified.
His death was registered on 22 September 1969, by W. Gerrard, brother, same address.
