George Robertson Bell, white, married, druggist, was born on 1 Jun 1877 in Staunton, Virginia, and died from meningitis following a revolver shot wound of his head (suicide) on 12 Jul 1924 in St. Mary’s & Eliz. Hospital, Louisville, Kentucky, aged 47 years, 1 month, and 11 days. Informant was Mrs. Jennie Diehl Bell, 1135 S. 32nd Street. He was the son of Geo. R. Bell, born in Virginia, and Virginia Getzendenor, born in Baltimore, Maryland. Interment in Cave Hill Cemetery on 14 Jul 1924.
