The daughter of Benjamin Long and Annie Belle Burdette. She married R.T. Padgett on Oct. 23, 1934.

GOLDTHWAITE - Annie Bell Padgett, 84, died Sunday, Dec. 24, 2009, in a local nursing home. Visitation is from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. today at Stacy-Wilkins Funeral Home. Service is at 10 a.m. Tuesday in the funeral home chapel with burial in Goldthwaite Memorial Cemetery.

Survivors include her children, Donald Padgett, Ann Carey and Patty Sutherland, all of Goldthwaite; and sister Virginia Stark of Goldthwaite.

The daughter of Benjamin Long and Annie Belle Burdette. She married R.T. Padgett on Oct. 23, 1934.
