Ruth was a member of the Hillsboro United Methodist Church , Daughters of the American Revolution, Louisiana Purchase Chapter, and the Eastern Star. Ruth was a honorary member of Beta Sigma Phi. Ruth and her husband, the late Thurman A Reames, were married on April 20, 1935, in Waterloo, IL.
Ruth is survived by eight children:
