She was born on Monday, March 20, 1944 in Houston, Texas to the late James Elijah and Jewell Bill Christian. Julia was also preceded in death by her brother, Bobbie Christian; sisters, Joyce Collins, Dorothy Deringer, Billie Bolsch and Beverly Goosman. She is survived by her loving children, Renee Johnson and husband Hobie of Plano, TX , Sheryl White and husband Kerry of Elko, NV, Sam Bailey and wife Theresa of Kingwood, TX, Donna Bailey and Gary Hensel of Ft. Bliss, TX, Kim Crew of Shepherd, TX; sister, Brenda Jenkins and husband Jesse of Shepherd, TX and Judy Colcote of Groveton, TX; grandchildren, Brett and Steffanie Hill, Nicole Schubert, Jade Coffman, Justin Jones and Elizabeth Crew, Brooke, Brittany, Samantha and Karen Bailey; six great-grandchildren; along with numerous other loving family and friends. Julia's caring and generosity extended far beyond her nursing career. So many lives were touched and changed by her kindness and giving heart. Julia was loved by all who knew her, she will be truly missed.
