The will of Mrs. Charles M. Mispagel who died on Thursday at her home in O'Fallon, was filed in the Probate Court Monday. By the terms of her will she gives all of her personal property to her husband as his absolute property, and real estate is to be equally divided among her children Albert, John, Elenora, Clarence, Luanna, Bernadice and Edith Mispagel. Charles Mispagel is named as executor of the estate by the will which was made on December 8th, 1916.
