Mr. Mooney was born April 14, 1908, in Polk County, Ark. He was a retired farmer and member of the Assembly of God Church.
Survivors are his wife, Essie; two sons, Jim and Wayne Mooney, both of Idabel; two daughters, Mrs. Delia Bates [sic-should be DELLA DAVIS] of Glide, Ore., and Mrs. Linda Carol Shelton of Broken Bow;
three brothers, Harrison Mooney of Idabel, Austin Mooney of Valliant and Tilford Mooney of Oklahoma City; one sister, Mrs. Willie Bastible of Garvin; eight grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
