British Actor. Best remembered for his roles on several television series, "Albion Market" (1985, as 'Morris Ransome'), "The Paul Squire Show" (1980-1981), "My Son Reuben" (1974, as 'Reuben Greenberg'), "Mike And Bernie" (1970-1971, as 'Lionel Ross'), "Tomfoolery" (1970), and "Quartermass And The Pit" (1958). Spear appeared in the films, "The Man Who Cried" (2000), "One Last Chance" (1990), "Not Quite Paradise" (1986), "Yentl" (1983), "Wombling Free" (1977), "Bar Mitzvah Boy" (1976), "Secrets Of A Door-To-Door Salesman" (1973), "The Adventures Of Barry McKenzie" (1972), "Chitty Chitty Bang Bang" (1965), "Bedazzled" (1967), and "Drop Dead Darling" (1966). Also made guest appearances on several television shows, "My Family" "Lovejoy" "The 10 Percenters" "The Lenny Henry Show" and "The Sweeney."
