Funeral for Jimmy Ray Turrentine, 22, of 1613 North Street, SE, who died Sunday in Somerville, was to be today at 11 a.m. at the Shelton Funeral Home Chapel, James Ray officiating, with burial in Herring Cemetery, Shelton Funeral Home directing.
Survivors include his mother, Evelyn Turrentine of Decatur; his father, Henry Turrentine of Somerville; two brothers, Thomas Turrentine of Hartselle and John Turrentine of Houston, Texas; one half-brother, Edward Turrentine of Columbus, Miss; and one half-sister, Shirley Stupio of Decatur.
Pallbearers were to be James Ebens, Mark Upton, Curtis Jones, Edward Jones, Frank Starchie and David Roberts.
