Coleman is a twin. His twin's name: John L Wescott = 1820–1899, I am still looking for his grave place for his memorial ID.
They had 6 children: Chauncey O'Dell Wescott , Charles F. Wescott and 4 other children

There is also son Samuel R. Westcott = 1838–1914 , also have not been able to find his grave.
Rachel B. Wescott = 72939140 = 1824–1886 is my 2nd great-grandmother is why I know about the family members.

Coleman Wescott died at his home in Argyle, Feb. 28, 1899, aged 78 years, 4 months and 13days and has made this his home ever since making him a continuous resident of the town for 45 years.
During the war of the rebellion, Sept. 3, 1864, he enlisted in Battery 3 1st Wis. Vol. Heavy Artillery and served his country as a private in that great conflict.
He was married to Maria Pettis Jan. 5, 1844, and she with five children survives him.
The funeral will be held in the M.E. church today at 11 am. Rev. A.C. Vaughan preaching the sermon and the services under direction of the G.A.R.
