Funeral Services for Mrs. Margaret Grubbs Thompson were held Friday at the chapel of the Hill Funeral Home in Brookfield.
Mrs. Thompson died July 13, 1966, at a hospital in Independence . She had been ill of cancer seven months.
Among her survivors are four daughters, Mrs. Lena Mae Covey, Independence ; Mrs. Louise Thompson, Raytown, Missouri; Mrs. Lesta Daniels, Easton, Missouri; and Mrs. Illa Hoke, Independence; her mother, Mrs. Charlie Bloss, Brookfield; nine sisters, Mrs. Carrie Norse, Brookfield; Mrs. Dolly Bloss, Hiawatha, Kansas; Mrs. Doris Linscott, Blue Springs, Missouri; Mrs. Elfreeda Payton, De Soto, Kansas; Mrs. Eunice Ingerhouse, California; Mrs. Mary Kilburn, Chillicothe, Missouri, and Mrs. Monzelle Frakes, Hale, Missouri; Mable Bloss, Brookfield and Georgia, Texas; a brother, Wayne Farr, New York City; and 10 grandchildren.
Internment was at Brookfield.
