Peter Erick [Per Erick] Peterson, 73 a resident of Iron Mountain for 47 years, died at 11:10 last night in the General Hospital, following an illness of 2 weeks.
He came to this country from Sweden, 50 years ago, spending 3 years in Ishpeming & Norway, Mich. before settling in Iron Mountain.
He is survived by his widow, 407 Smith Street & 8 children: Mrs. J. B. Messner, Hibbing, Minn.; Mrs. Martin Johnson, Goodman Wis.; Mrs. Wilbur Hicks, William, Oscar, Albert, Paul, all of this city; Edward, Milwaukee. A sister, M. Fred Bergsten, Florence, Wis.
Burial will be in Cemetery Park.
