SCHOOL INSTRUCTOR OF LANCASTER STRICKEN
David W. Grove of 48 South Ogden Avenue Succumbs to Heart Disease

David W. Grove, aged 75, instructor in the cabinet department at the Boys' Industrial school at Lancaster for 20 years, died at his home, 48 South Ogden avenue, early Monday morning, from heart disease.

Mr. Grove was a Civil war veteran, and a member of Wells post, G.A.R. Surviving him are his wife; Mrs. Lillan Grove; a son, M. C. Grove, 1540 Neil avenue, and a daughter, Miss Meta Grove, Charleston, W. Va. The decedent was also a member of Logan lodge of Odd Fellows.

Funeral arrangements, which will be announced later, are in charge of C. J. Kohn, funeral director.

GROVE--David W., aged 75, 48 South Ogden avenue. Funeral services for Mr. Grove, whose death occurred at his home, Monday, will be held at the residence, Wednesday, at 2 p.m. The body will be placed in the new mausoleum in Union cemetery in charge of C. J. Kohn, funeral director.

DEATH OF DAVID GROVES

David W. Groves, 75, of 48 S. Ogden Ave., for more than 20 years an instructor at the Boys' Industrial School at Lancaster, O., died from heart trouble Monday at his home.

Groves was a veteran of the Civil War. He was a member of the Logan, O., Lodge of Odd Fellows and Wells Post, G.A.R.

He leaves his wife, Lillian, one son, M. C. Groves, 1540 Neil Ave. and one daughter, Miss Meta Groves of Charleston, W. Va.

Funeral services were held Wednesday afternoon at the residence. The body was placed in the mausoleum in Wesley Chapel Cemetery by C. J. Kohn until the mausoleum in the Union Cemetery is completed.--Columbus Citizen
