Born Dec. 14, 1919, in Patapsco, she was the daughter of the late Clarence and Alice Arbaugh Leppo. She was the wife of the late Lester L. Dull, who died in 1990.
She was formerly employed by Westminster & Pleasant Valley Shoe Factories. She was a member of Meadow Branch Church of the Brethren and enjoyed walking around town with her son.
Surviving are a son, Kenneth L. Dull, of Westminster; daughter and son-in-law Fay and James Lockard Sr., of Finksburg; a grandson, James "Boss" Lockard Jr.; siblings Irene Bush, of Finksburg, Beulah Miller, of Westminster, and Clarence Leppo Jr., of Union Bridge; and a brother-in-law, Lawrence Dull, of Shalimar, Fla.
She was predeceased by siblings Wilson Leppo and Louise Knouse.
The family will receive friends from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. today at Pritts Funeral Home & Chapel, 412 Washington Road, Westminster.
A funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. Tuesday at the funeral home. Interment will be in Meadow Branch Cemetery.
