The funeral for Ruby Jean Edge, 71, of Madison, AL, will be at 11 a.m. Friday at Spry Funeral Home with Keith Crouch and Billy Schrimsher officiating. Burial will be in Limestone Memorial Gardens.
Mrs. Edge died Tuesday, August 9, 2011, at home. Ruby Edge was born March 30, 1940, in Limestone County.
She was a homemaker and a member of the Belmor Baptist Church in Belle Mina.
Survivors include a daughter, Deborah McKinney of Madison; sons, Tim Edge and Monroe Edge, both of Madison; grandchildren, Tina Livingston of Madison, Danielle Mason of Athens, Jeremy McKinney of Arab, T. J. Edge, Sara Edge and Jason Edge, all of Madison; great-grandchildren, Eli Gurton, Maliah Mason, Joshua Livingston, Aubrey Mason, Kylee Livingston, Ty Mason, Brantley McKinney and Caleb Livingston; brothers, Carl Schrimsher and Billy Schrimsher, both of Decatur; and several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Leonard Otis Edge on August 3, 1994.
