Grace Bogart Weds General

WASHINGTON, D.C. --- Mr. and Mrs. James Jackson Bogart, Chevy Chase, Md., formerly of Madison Wis., announce the marriage of Mr. Bogart's sister, Miss Grace Elizabeth Bogart, to Maj. Gen. William Oliver Reeder (Ret.) on September 3 in Christ Episcoplal Church, Washington, D.C.
Gen. and Mrs. Reeder are liiving in Arlington, Va.
The bride is the daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. George Bogart, Madison, and a sister of Mrs. Seth Holmes, Madison. She was graduated from the University of Wisconsin and has had a career in library work. She is chief reference librarian for the National Aeronautics and Space Administration in Washington.
General Reeder, a native of Pennsylvania, attended the U.S. Military Academy at West Point, N.Y. and Yale University, New Haven, Conn. He retired from the Army as deputy assistanct cheif of staff (G-4) amd became professor of business administration at Syracuse University. He retired as an emeritus professor in 1965.
