ETOYLE 'MEMA' HUDDLESTON CARTER, 89, of Memphis, retired owner of West Tennessee Milk, died of heart disease Thursday at Methodist Hospital North. Services will be at 1 p.m. Saturday at Northridge/Woodhaven Chapel with burial in Northridge/Woodhaven Cemetery. She was a member of Woodstock Baptist Church. Mrs. Carter, the widow of Clarence M. Carter, leaves a daughter, Ruby Elois Carter; a son, Evert Madison Carter, and a sister, Judy Huddleston Fitzhugh, all of Memphis, three grandchildren, eight great-grandchildren and a great-great-grandchild.
