Surviving are her husband, Richard W.; a son, James R. of Cedar Rapids, Iowa; a brother, Bill Mitchell of Fort Wayne; and sisters Peggy Macke of Fort Wayne and Nita Durst Mitchell of California.
She was preceded in death by a brother, George Mitchell.
Services are 11 a.m. Thursday at Faith Lutheran Church, 1700 E. Pettit Ave., with calling one hour before services. Calling is also from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday at Klaehn, Fahl & Melton Funeral Home, Winchester Road Chapel, 6424 Winchester Road. Burial will be at Greenlawn Memorial Park.
