Samuel Stull Jr., 82 died Monday August 8, 2011, at the Mercy Hospital in Iowa City. He was born August 29, 1928, near Sigourney to Samuel Christopher and Jennie Pearl Bradley Stull. He graduated from Sigourney High School in 1946. On June 4, 1947 he married Jenella H. Slings in Oskaloosa. They lived and farmed in Keokuk County most of their married life. He served as a bus driver for the Sigourney Community School District for 30 years. He was member of the Good News Chapel in Oskaloosa.

He was preceded in death by his parents, 3 brothers Chris, Warren, and Melvin Stull, 3 sisters Alice Doolin, Minnie Streigle, and Audrey Barnhart, and a son-in-law Gerald Sanderfeld.

He is survived by his wife Jenella, two sons Steve and his wife Gwen Stull and Stewart Stull both of Sigourney, two daughters Karen and her husband Richard Wichmann of Williamsburg, and Sharon and her husband Dave Sauer of Delta, 7 grandchildren, 18 great-grandchildren, and a brother-in-law Dean Barnhart.

Funeral Service: 10:30 am Thursday at the Bethel Christian Reformed Church in Oskaloosa. Burial: Pleasant Grove Cemetery, Sigourney. Visitation:L 4:30-8 pm Wednesday at the Holm Funeral Home in Sigourney. A memorial fund has been established.
