Ann McCord, on oath states that she resided with Mifs Nancy Miller from March 1862 until her death which occurred aboutr Feby 25/1863. Knows that she was in the habit of dealing at the J. R. Swains Store in Farley on a credit; on one or two occasions she accompanied Mifs Miller to the Swains Store; and from statements she learned that she had purchased there such articles as boots shoes clothing for herself and servants, flour, greensware, groceries and indeed a large part of all articles required for the family. She also at times visited Leavenworth for goods. The account within has been read to me and I recognize most of the charges as correct. The $15.00 charged as got by me is right. Anna Mary McCord
