Mrs. Bessie Bray Schobey, 80, of Kinzua, sister of Mrs. H. G. Berkhouse of 94 Clay Street, and cousin of Charles F. Bray of 119 Birch Street, died Thursday evening at 10 o'clock at her residence. She had been in ill health for several years and her condition had been regarded as critical during the past year.
Mrs. Schobey graduated from Kane High School in 1896 and from Clarion Normal School in 1900. She taught in the Kinzua area schools for several years.
She is survived by her husband, Frank Schobey, of Kinzua, a daughter, Miss Carrie Schobey, at home; and her sister, Mrs. Berkhouse. Funeral arrangements are in charge of the Peterson Funeral home at Warren. Services will be held at the Kinzua Methodist Church Sunday afternoon at 2 o'clock.
