FORT WORTH - Lottie M. Allen, 86, a retired sales associate in the ladies apparel department at Stripling-Cox Department Store, died Tuesday at a Fort Worth nursing home.

Graveside service: 10 a.m. Thursday in Laurel Land Memorial Park in Fort Worth.

Visitation: 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday at Brown, Gause-Ware, Owens & Brumley Funeral Directors.

Mrs. Allen was born in Itasca and had lived in Fort Worth for 50 years.

She was a member of South Fort Worth Baptist Church.

She was cared for by a niece, Luvada Little of Fort Worth.

Her husband, Lester Allen, died Aug. 21, 1976.

Memorials: South Fort Worth Baptist Church.

Survivors: Son, Thomas Melvin Allen of Lorton, Va.
