Mrs. Mary C. Akers lived at 52 Coryell Street in Lambertville and died at St. Francis Hospital in Trenton after a lengthy illness. She was 66 years old.

She was survived by her mother, husband, Samuel L. Akers, four daughters, Mrs. Miriam Slack of Lambertville, Mrs. Nellie Dewsnap of Bristol, Mrs. Loretta Kennedy of Philadelphia and Mrs. Catherine Fieaster of Trenton, and a son, Albert, 12 grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
