She was a minister and was a member of First Baptist Church, Texarkana, TX. She was preceded in death by her parents, Edward L. Adams, Sr., and Doris Adams; and a brother, Edward L. Adams, Jr.
She is survived by two brothers and a sister-in-law, Ronald and Chris Adams, and Joel Adams; one niece, Heather Farmer; four nephews, Kevin Adams, Cameron Adams, Ethan Adams, and Jaron Adams; and a number of aunts, uncles, and other relatives.
Funeral services will be held at 2:00 P.M. Sunday, August 7, 2011, at First Baptist Church, Texarkana, TX, with the Revs. Jeff Schreve and Larry Sims officiating.
The family will receive friends from 6-7:00 P.M. Saturday, August 6, 2011, at Texarkana Funeral Home, Texarkana, TX.
Graveside services will be held at 11:00 A.M. Tuesday, August 9, 2011, at Oak Wood Cemetery, Winona, MS, under the direction of Oliver's Funeral Home, Winona.
The family will receive friends in Winona from 10-11:00 A.M. Tuesday at Oliver's Funeral Home.
