1/12/1916 DIES AT STATION (Wednesday)
Lawton, Jan. 11 – A.C. Hefner, aged 60 years, a resident of Frederick, died at the local station of the Frisco railroad at 6 o'clock Tuesday morning as he was preparing to board a train for his home. Heart disease was the cause of death. Mr. Hefner had been visiting relatives in New Mexico and was enroute to Frederick. A daughter arrived Tuesday afternoon from Frederick and a son from Ringling is expected Wednesday. The body will be sent to Frederick for burial.
