Stephen worked for Burns Optical for 35 years. He was a member of St. Peter Catholic Chuech and the Perpetual Adoration, and was a member of the Fraternal Order of Eagles AERIE 2693 in Jefferson City. Stephen played in several bands as a drummer and vocalist over the past 44 years, starting his first band with Wally Burns in the Dixie Dukes. He alsoplayed with Balance Mystery Express, Missouri Connection, Cold Blue and the Last Call Band.
Other survivors include one son, Sam Webb (Brandi) of Sedalia, his parents, Lawrence and Rena Webb of Jefferson City; two brothers, Larry Webb (sandy) of Saul Rapids, Minnesota, Michael Webb (John O'sHEA) OF cOUNTY cLSRE, I IRELAND,his father in law, Angelo Simaku, brother in law and sister in law Stan and Patti Romeo and Shelly AND bob Satterthwaite; three grandchildren, Easton, Colin, and Brenna Webb; and several nieces and nephews, great nieces and great nephews. He was preceded in death by a sister in law, Karen Simaku Smith.
FRIENDS will be received from 4;00-8;00 p.m. Monday at ST Peter Catholic Church, where a prayer service will be held at 3;30 p.m. Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11'00a.m. Tuesday August 9, 2011 at the Church. Interment will follow in Resurrection Cemetery.
