Sara Ferguson's family research completed in 1965, had no parents for Wiley Brooks. Later research done by Vance Ferguson, Jr. in the Archives in Washington, D.C., indicates that Wiley's father was Samuel Brooks, who lived in Baldwin County, GA, in the early 1800's.
Wiley Brooks and Sarah Horne were married May 02, 1816, Pulaski County, GA.
Children: Harriet, Ashley Horne, Spencer, Henry, Bennett, Harriet, Nancy, William M. Horne, Jane, Frederick A., Elizabeth and John Hamilton.
