J. L. Barentine, 82, of Hot Springs, passed away Wednesday, July 20, 2011. Born February 20, 1929 in Hot Springs to Leonard R. and Myrtle Still Barentine, he was a retired letter carrier with the U.S. Postal Service and a U.S. Veteran. He was predeceased by his wife, Dimple Barentine.
Survivors include a son and daughter-in-law; daughter and son-in-law; three grandchildren and their spouses; sister-in-law; two great-grandsons and two great-granddaughters.
