WILLIAM THOMAS SELVIDGE, JR., age 71, of Monticello, Kentucky passed away Thursday, October 22, 1998 at his home. He was born in Wayne County, Kentucky on February 15, 1927, the son of Wm. Thomas and Olivia Hughes Selvidge. Both parents preceded him in death.

He married Leatrice Gibson Selvidge, who survives.

He is also survived by 2 children Dr. William Selvidge of Louisville, Kentucky and Everett Selvidge of Monticello, Kentucky; 2 grandchildren; 2 brothers Robert Selvidge of Lowell, Indiana and Howard Selvidge of Monticello, Kentucky; and 3 sisters Willetta Blevins of Lexington, Kentucky, Gladys Burton and Mary Ina Tuggle, both of Monticello, Kentucky.

He was a member of Immanuel Baptist Church.

Funeral Services were held Sunday, October 25, 1998 at 2 P.M. in the funeral home chapel with Dr. Ron Bragg and Brother Charles Eugene Dick officiating. Burial was in Elk Spring
Cemetery.
