She was born May 21, 1914 in Damascus, Ark., to the late Melvin Franklin Crownover and Cora Alberta "Bertie"Brewer Crownover and was a member of the First Baptist Church in Conway.
She married Woodrow Wilson Woolverton on July 18, 1934, in Formosa, Ark. He preceded in death on January 30, 1990.
Survivors include, one sister-in-law, Olga Crownover of Benton, Ark.; two nieces, Phyllis Jackson and husband, Wally, of Conway, and Charlotte West of Clinton, Ark.; one nephew, Rodney Crownover and wife, Brenda, of Benton; her husband's nieces, Joan Carol Freeman and husband, Ed,of Memphis, Tenn., Geraldine Farmer and husband, Glen, of Conway, Barbara Jones and husband, Joe, of Searcy, Ark., Jo Ann Hall and husband, Charles, of Memphis, Tenn., Christine Florence and husband, Dan, of Houston, Texas; her husband's nephew, Buel Woolverton and wife, Beverly, of California, and several great and great-great nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, and two brothers, Wendell and James Walton Crownover.
Visitation was held, today, at the Bradshaw Funeral Home in Malden, Mo.
Funeral services were held at 2 p.m., today, Thursday, Aug. 4, at Bradshaw Chapel in Malden with Rev. Lloyd Anderson officiating.
