Bob Bennett (Benny) Clements Jr., 51, of Pittsboro, died Aug. 29, 2005 at his home. He was manager of Fidelity National Loans in Holly Springs and a member of Oldtown Baptist Church.
Services were held at 2 p.m. on Aug. 31 at Parker Memorial Funeral Home Chapel in Bruce. Burial was in the Bruce Cemetery. Rev. Robert Earl Alexander and Rev. Joe Russell officiated.
He leaves a daughter, Julie Clements Newman of Bruce; two sons, Jared Cody Clements of Pittsboro, Justine Chase Clements of Bruce and two grandchildren.
Pallbearers were Cody Weeks, Joel Murphree, Jason Tutor, Andy Fortner, Arthur Wesson Newman, Dave Kuchta, Gary Schmitz, Ben Helums. Honorary pallbearers were Fidelity National Employees, Mackey Dozier, Randy Smith, Mark Goodson, Bobby Cannon, Benny Bryant, John Wooten, Charles Clark, Elion Murphree, and Gene West.
