Dennis Dean Duran Jr., of Sherwood, AR, died July 27, 2011 at age 71.
He was born April 30, 1940 to Dennis and Aliene Snell Duran. He served on the police and fire departments in Sherwood and retired as fire chief and as a code enforcement officer for North Little Rock. He was preceded in death by his parents and his wife Wanda. He is survived by two sons, Denny Duran (Kristi) of Sherwood and Ron Duran of Lawton, Oklahoma; three brothers and six grandchildren. A graveside service will be conducted Saturday, July 30, 2011 at 2:00 p.m. at the Griffin Leggettt Rest Hill Memorial Park, officiated by Bro. Mathew Duran.
