OBITUARY: OLIA BURRIGHT DIED AT GREELEY, COLO
Funeral here Saturday for Sister of Clarindans Former Teacher
Miss Olia Burright died early Wesdnesday morning at Greeley, Colo hospital after a three week illness. She was principal of the grade school at Eaton, Colo where she taught for the past 30 years. Miss Burright was born south of Norwich in Page County. the family later moving to a farm near Gravity
where they made their home for 54 years until moving to Clarinda about a year ago. She was a member of the Methodist Church at Guss and a member of the PLO at Eaton. Miss Burright graduated from the Teacher's Colle ge at Greeley and had taught in the rural schools of Page and Taylor counties and at Gravity and Clearfield before going to Eaton. She is survived by one brother, John Burright of Rock Rapids, Iowa, four sisters, Miss Addie Burright,
Miss Ida Burright, Miss Blanche Burright and Mrs. Nettie Kinney, all of Clarinda and many nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held at the Foster-Harmon-Williams Mortuary he re Saturday at 2:30 pm.The Rev Lester Greenwood, Pastor of the First Methodist Church will officiate. Interment will be in the Shenandoah Cemetery.
