The Yukon Oklahoma Sun, Yukon, OK., Thurs., Sept. 20, 1934, p. 1 (Newspapers.com image 592375951):
"W. I. Linn, living one and one-half miles south of Yukon, died Friday after an extended illness lasting over a period of two years.
Funeral services were held at the Methodist church in Minco, Sunday at 3 p.m., conducted by Rev. A. W. Hallmark, and interment was made in Minco cemetery.
William Ivan Linn, who at the time of his death, was 40 years, 7 months and 4 days old, was born February 9th, 1894, at Linn, Indian Territory.
His entire life was spent in Oklahoma and on April 30th, 1921, he married Mary Belle Youts, to which union was born two sons, L.B. Linn, 11 years old, and Floyd Linn, 9 years old.
Their married life was spent at Minco, Oklahoma City, and Yukon, Okla.
Besides the widow and children there survive him, four brothers and four sisters, Alford, John, Dee and Geore Nitus Linn, Emma, Edna, Agnes and Teenie Linn.
During his lifetime he attended the Methodist church."
