She appeared in the films, "California Split" (1974), "Cinderella" (1965), "Carousel" (1956), "The Affairs Of Dobie Gillis" (1953), "The Band Wagon" (1953), "I Love Melvin" (1953), "Confidentially Connie" (1953), "You For Me" (1952), "Above And Beyond" (1952), "Invitation" (1952), "Apache War Smoke" (1952), and "Fearless Fagan" (1952). Ruick also made guest appearances on the television shows, "The Brothers Brannagan," "The 20th Century-Fox Hour," and "Letter To Loretta."
