Ola Mae Fryar Hines was born Oct. 23, 1922 to the late George Alfred Fryar and Sarah Minerva Wilhite Fryar in Waters (Pine Ridge), Arkansas. She died December 26, 2009 at her home in Campti, La. She was united in marriage to William H. Hines. Together they had three children. William H. Hines Sr., Betty Jean, and Roy S. Hines. Ola lived the last 60 years of her life in Campti, La. She was preceeded in death by her parents, seven siblings, daughter Betty Jean Hines Breaux, and two grandchildren Kelly Gene Cobb and Daniel C. Hines. She is survived by her two sons, six grandchildren, nine great-grandchildren, and numerous neices and nephews.
