POTEAU — Anthony Leonard "Tony" Adkins, 30, of Poteau died Friday, July 29, 2011, in Poteau. He was born Aug. 8, 1980, in Lawton, Okla.
Funeral will be 2 p.m. Thursday at First Church of the Nazarene in Poteau with burial at Hodgen Cemetery under the direction of Evans & Miller Funeral Home in Poteau.
He is survived by a son, Anthony Adkins of Poteau; his parents, Alfred and Christa Adkins of Poteau; and two sisters, Linda Dollens and Brenda McMurray, both of Poteau.
Pallbearers will be Charlie and Preston Mattox, Clint Benefield, Rodney Derryberry, Jake Waymire and Ronnie Buckner.
Visitation will be 5-7 p.m. today at the funeral home.
