Founder of Laradon Hall a society for exceptional children and adults. Joseph and Elizabeth Calabrese started Laradon Hall when they were unable to enroll their two boys in Denver Public Schools because their I.Q.'s were too low. Laradon Hall was named after their two boys Larry and Donald and it opened on Febuary 1, 1949.
