Rev. H.P. "Wimpy" Poupart, Jr., age 88 of McNeill, MS., died Thursday, May 11, 2006 at his residence. Rev. H.P. "Wimpy" Poupart was a Minister and a Plumber and a member of White Chapel Church of God.

The deceased is survived by: three sons, Jerry W. Poupart, Sr. of Picayune, MS., Ricky Dean Poupart of McNeill, MS. and H.P. "Buddy" Poupart III of McNeill, MS., one daughter, Jeannie Marie Sones of Sevierville, TN., two sisters, Eola Ball of Long Beach, MS. and Mildred Poley of Long Beach, MS., one brother, Calvin Poupart of Long Beach, MS., as well as, seventeen grandchildren and fourteen great-grandchildren.

The deceased is preceded in death by his wife, Versie Poupart.

Visitation will be Friday, May 12, 2006 from 6:00 - 9:00 p.m. at McDonald Funeral Home in Picayune, MS and on Saturday, May 13, 2006 from 1:00 - 2:00 p.m. at White Chapel Church of God in McNeill, MS.

Funeral Services will follow at the church at 2:00 p.m. officiated by Rev. Larry Duncan of Lake, MS. and Rev. Rayburn Deese.

Burial will be in White Chapel Cemetery.

Arrangements by McDonald Funeral Home, Picayune, MS.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorials be made to Rock of Ages Prison Ministries at P.O. Box 2308, Cleveland , TN. 37323 or Donate to the Gideon"s Organization at P.O. Box 140800, Nashville, TN 327214-0800.
