0. Alderson Dies; Services Slated
SUMMERSVILLE (RNS) Okey McQueen Alderson, 75, of Nitro died in a Nitro nursing home Wednesday after a long illness. He was a native of Nicholas County and was a son of the late John D. and Eugenia Rader Alderson. He was a member of the Methodist Church and Masonic Lodge. Survivors include a brother, G. Cleveland Alderson of Nitro, and several nieces and nephews. The funeral will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday in the Howard White Funeral Chapel at Summersville with the Rev. Virgil Ware in charge. Burial will be in the Alderson Cemetery at Summersville. Members of Summersville Lodge No. 76 Ancient Free and
Accepted Masons will conduct graveside services. Friends may call at the funeral home after 4 p.m. today.
