She is survived by her husband James Folks of Leveland,Texas;parents Loyd and Loretta Couch of Kilgore; two daughters Tristan Couch of Chouteau, Oklahoma and Kristena Folks of Kilgore; brother Loyd "Slim, Couch,Jr. of Goodwell, Oklahoma; sister Toni Gayle Taylor of Kilgore;special friend Robert Soehnge of Kilgore, numerous nieces and nephews as well as many other loving family and friends.
