She was born in Watervliet, N.Y. and moved to Syracuse where she received her diploma from Nottingham High School, she also attended Syracuse University. She workedfor the Syracuse Community Folk Art Gallery, City of Syracuse Police Department Traffic Division and the Medicaid division of the Department of Social Services. Surviving are her husband of 32 years John Hunt and a host of friends. Services: Saturday 10 a.m. at Garland Bros. Funeral Home 143 W. Castle Street. Burial in Oakwood Cemetery. Calling hours Friday 6 to 8 p.m. at the funeral home.
