DEATH OF LEVI W. RITTER;
WELL KNOWN CITIZEN SUCCUMBS TO INFIRMITIES OF AGE
Levi W. Ritter, seventy-four years old, died last night at his home, 1226 Prospect Street.
He was born in Morgan County, and was brought up on a farm near Mooresville. for twenty years he was express messenger on the railroad between Martinsville and Fairland.
Five years ago, on account of broken health, he was compelled to give up this position. Since the first of January his health had failed rapidly, and death came as a result of age and a complication of diseases.
He leaves a widow and three sons, Dr. C. L. Ritter, Dr. C. C. Ritter, and Lee Ritter.
