D/O Solomon and Eliza (Oberly) Richwine. Elizabeth married first, Nathaniel Ames on 1/15/1857 in Wooster, Wayne Co., OH and moved to Williams County, Ohio in 1858. There they had 5 sons: Horace E, Irvin Austin, Eli Ashley, William Elbridge & Oliver Charles (known as Charles) Ames. Horace died when he was 1 year old and is buried in Brown Cemetery in Williams Co, but the other 4 sons lived to maturity, married, had families and all are also buried in the Shiffler Cemetery.
