Funeral services were held Tuesday, Mar. 29, 1988 at Wilson Funeral Home for Craddock Henry (Doc) Lee, 94, of Fredericktown. The Rev. Truman Huffman officiated and burial was in Methodist Cemetery. Grandsons served as pallbearers. He was a retired miner.
Mr. Lee was born October 23, 1893 in Bollinger County to the late G.H. and Emily S. Lee. He died on March 26 at Stockhoff Nursing Home. On August 26, 1920 he married his wife Dulcie, now a resident of Stockhoff Nursing Home.
Survivors include his wife; two sons, Clint Lee, Bunker, and Don Lee, Tucson, Ariz.; three daughters, Clara Mae Pogue, Farmington, Emily Hall, Tampa, Fla, and Luvenia Moyers, Fredericktown; a sister, Emma Martin, Fredericktown; 22 grandchildren, 31 great grandchildren and 3 great, great grandchildren.
Preceding Mr. Lee in death were his parents, his first wife, Annie (Martin) Lee; two sons, Joe Lee and W.C. Lee and a daughter, Ruth Underwood; four brothers and four sisters.
Mr. Lee's church affiliation was Free Will Baptist.
