William Moncier Cox, 59, of Moseley, Virginia, passed away January 8, 2002. He was founder and co-owner of Productivity Point International-Richmond. He is survived by his wife of 33 years, Jane Cox; daughter, Jennifer Anne Cox of Moseley; sister, Dr. Ruth P. Cox of Birmingham, Alabama; and two cousins, Mabel and Marion Baird of Newport News, Virginia. Mr. Cox was a graduate of North Carolina State University with a Ph.D. degree in civil engineering. He was a charter financial analyst and was an amateur radio operator, W4DAA, and a member of Central Virginia Contest Club. The family will receive friends Friday from 7 to 8:30 p.m. at the Huguenot Chapel, Woody Funeral Home, 1020 Huguenot Road. Funeral services will be held Saturday at 2 p.m. at Mt. Pisgah United Methodist Church. Interment Sunday 3 p.m. at Cedar Grove Cemetery, New Bern, North Carolina. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the St. Seraphim of Sarov Orthodox Church, 9000 Culley Dr., Mechanicsville, Vairginia 23116, or Mt. Pisgah United Methodist Church, 1100 Mt. Pisgah Drive, Midlothian, Virginia 23113.

Mr. Bill was so very caring and concerned with his parents in their last months. Making many visits to help with those last earthly details in a persons life and he made this time together special! He was a great guy!
