Mrs. Birdie May Arbuckle, 74, Of Remington, Dies
Mrs. Birdie May Arbuckle, 74, of Remington, died at 6:30 a.m. Tuesday in Jasper county hospital, Rensselaer.
Born in Washington county in 1885, she was a member of Remington Methodist church.
Surviving are three sons, Joe Arbuckle of Hickory, N.C., Orin Arbuckle of Goodland, and Gilbert Arbuckle of Monticello; a daughter, Mrs. Opal Bashor of El Monte, Calif.; and a sister, Mrs. Goldie Dringer of Crawfordsville.
Funeral services were held at the Howard funeral home, Remington, at 2 p.m. Thursday with Rev. F. Joseph Crocker officiating. Burial was in Remington cemetery.
