James Logan, beloved husband of Rebecca Logan, loving father of eleven children as follows: A.K., J.M., William F., J.S., T.B., R.G. Logan, Mrs. June Gordon, Mrs. Tillie Gould, Mrs. May Ellwood, Alma and Clarabelle Logan and brother of John G. Logan, Mrs. Maggie Fyffe and Mrs. Martha Kerr, a native of Ireland, aged 68 years.
James did in a car accident after suffering from a heart rupture.
Burial is at Cypress Lawn.

Heart Ill Held Accident Cause
That James Logan, 65, Alvarado, driver of the car which hit the truck of Robert A. Roach, Oakland, on Niles road Friday afternoon, killing Logan ...was suffering from a rupture of the heart was the verdict of a coroner's jury investigating the accident in the inquest held at the Pratt mortuary this morning.
Logan was seen to slump at the wheel of his car just prior to the crash, evidence showed, due to the condition of his heart.
Logan died at the Hayward hospital about five hours after the accident.
